1. Installation of stands

2. Exhibitors Arrival

The pass on motor vehicles leave in the Expotronika office in the Hall 4. You should keep the pass till leaving

on June, 26th.
A parking in territory of LENEXPO no more than 40 minutes for motor car, no more for 2 hours for lorry. Additional time for parking is available after extra payment. Please order additional pass in advance.

Exhibitor passes you can get in the Expotronika office in the Hall 4 on June, 23rd.

3. Dismantling

4.Leaving

16:00 - 19.00 You should have the pass which you get on arrival day.

5. Pass at the exhibition.

6. Safety

From 9.00 till 18.00 for safety of the property the Exhibitor answers. If suddenly at your stand there will be a theft, the request immediately to inform on it in Management of an exhibition, to close access on the stand and nothing to touch before arrival of employees of Security service LENEXPO.

7. PTA Club

There is a PTA-Club (Café) in which exhibitors will have an opportunity to spend meetings and negotiations. Tea, coffee free of charge.

8. Storage

You can order storage additional in advance by Form 6.

9. Tour June, 24th From 19.00 до 22.00

You can get invitation for 2 persons in the Expotronika office in the Hall 4 on June, 23rd. Additional invitation cost 70 Euro for person. Please order till June, 05th.

10. Payment

Participation in the exhibition is available after 100% payment all services.

11. Documents

Please bring Agreements, Acts and other documents to the Expotronika office in the Hall 4 on June, 25th from 12.00 till 16.00.
