Specialized Conference "Automation. TRANSPORT. Ukraine-2009" successfully finished in Kiev on June, 10th.

Since the year 2000 exhibitions and specialised events "PTA. Progressive Technologies in Automation" have took place in Moscow and other big industrial regions of Russia. The great interest visitors paid to report named Integrated system of automated planning, transport control and enterprises stuff control on the basis of GPS & GPRS technologies. There were discussed such problems as: Current transport control problems at the Ukrainian enterprises. Solution of transport control and management problems. The demonstrated means allow the enterprises directors receive immediate data when the system underwent the interference, when equipment was caused to malfunction, when the stuff didn’t pay attention to problem, etc. Also it allows to detect appliance by employees of equipment caused the dysfunction of system ("GPS jammers", "GSM jammers", etc.). According to Alexsandr Suvorov (the senior programmer of "Ukrainian Mobile Technologies" IT-department): "Application of developed methods make the system maximum protected from the outside interference". The representatives of the Academy of municipal management said: "Today there are an increase in tram carriages accidents that leads to human victims (Dneprodzerzhinsk, Krivoy Rog). Therefore effectiveness of mechanic brake system control is rather urgent especially for tram enterprises with strong deviations".

The proposed methods of resistance movement control allows to determine normative value of specific movement resistance of city electricity transport; to control normative value of specific movement resistance in order to save electricity.

According to Vadim Politov ("Sattrans Navigator"): "Today the implementation of navigator technologies is thought to be a perspective for decision of transport and economic tasks: transport movement control, fuel consumption control, route optimization, drivers discipline increase, road accident decrease".

"MTS-Navigator" service is a system of transport control. The enterprises that use "MTS-Navigator" reached 38% decrease in average vehicle fleet run, 25% decrease in fuel consumption. Besides, due to online control of transport location it allows to decrease demurrage and non-designated transport usage».

For the first time on the conference was presented the project "Who is who in the Ukraine automation". Alexsandr Artukhov and Alexsandr Suvorov are the creators of the integrated transport GPS monitoring and control system. During 5 years on their initiative there having been taking a development and testing of complex monitoring and control system on the basis of GPS and GPRS technologies. It allows to receive exact information about transport movement in real time.
